Native Berry Fig Salad

 

Ingredients:

5 x figs

50g Rocket

50g Prosciutto

100g Goat’s Cheese (chèvre)

Red Kellys Native Pepper Berry dressing.

 

Method:

Cut Figs in half and arrange onto platter together with washed Rocket leaves and prosciutto.

Slice the goat’s chèvre cheese into discs and place around the salad followed by a good sprinkling of Red Kellys Native Pepper Berry dressing.
