Native Berry Steak
650g Scotch Fillet
1 x Red Onion
1 x Red Capsicum
1 x small bunch of Parsley
3 x Washed Potatoes
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Red Kellys Native Pepper Berry dressing
Red Kellys Native Pepper Berry salt (optional)
Cut potatoes into thick fingers and boil for 10 minutes.
Pre-Heat oven to 180°C, remove potatoes from water and place onto oven tray drizzled with olive oil and Red Kellys Native Pepper Berry salt and brown in oven until golden brown turning occasionally.
Roast Capsicum in grill until charred – Rest to cool and peel off skin and tear into thin strips.
Peel red onion and cut into thin rings. Combine all and drizzle with oil and add chopped parsley.
Prepare grill on high heat. Once hot reduce heat to medium.
Rub steak with Red Kellys Native Pepper Berry dressing – Cook steak to your liking.
Serve Steak sliced and drizzle heavily with Red Kellys Native Pepper Berry dressing.
