Coleslaw a la Asian Style

Coleslaw ala Asian style

Servings: 4



  • 3 cups wombok (Chinese cabbage), shredded
  • 1 large carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
  • 1 large red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 4 scallions, ends trimmed, finely chopped
  • 1tsp sesame oil
  • 1½ tsp fish sauce
  • 1½ lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) of toasted, chopped peanuts
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Red Kellys Italian Dressing




Step 1:

Place cabbage, capsicum, carrot, scallion, lemon juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, sugar and Red Kellys Italian Dressing in a bowl. Toss to combine and sprinkle over with peanuts. Serve and enjoy!



For added zing, add some finely sliced birds eye chilies.
